Sofia Caessa Ferreira

Sofia is an author and cultural creator with a traveling soul.

 

He grew up between Lisbon, Rotterdam, São Paulo and Cascais, and also lived in the USA and Belgium. With a career linked to film, creative writing and education, he founded The Little Film Academy in Brussels and wrote for The Bulletin magazine.

 

He worked with film production and scriptwriting, standing out with the short film "A Esposa Deve Confessar?".

 

She has published memoirs and several children's books, including partnerships with Make-A-Wish Portugal.

 

Mother of two boys and living in Cascais, she is inspired by children, the sea and the magic of everyday life.

Teresa Vasconcellos

 

Teresa is a bilingual clinical psychologist with a passion for the mind and creativity. She grew up between cultures and studied in international schools, which shaped her unique way of communicating and understanding others.

 

For over 20 years, he has been supporting children, young people and adults on paths of self-knowledge and emotional well-being.

 

Master in psychosomatics, he integrates art, dreams and body rhythms into his therapeutic work.

 

Daughter of artists, she sees creativity as a bridge to inner growth. Passionate about books since she was little, she now combines psychology and art to inspire journeys of discovery and personal expression.
